Everything we make starts as fibre and finishes as a functional component. Choose the family closest to your application — or send the part and let us work backwards from it.

Polishing Felt
Wool felt wheels, bobs and discs for metal, glass and optical polishing — cut to your bore and diameter, pressed for consistent density.

Fire-Resistant & Thermal Felt
Flame-retardant wool felt, pre-oxidized PAN felt and carbon fibre felt for barriers, seals and high-temperature insulation.

High-Density Wool Felt
The base material behind most of our parts — pressed wool felt across a wide density and thickness range, natural or dyed.

Sealing & Shock-Absorbing Felt
Dust seals, damping pads and gaskets in plain, impregnated or self-adhesive felt, die-cut to profile.

Acoustic Felt
Sound-absorbing panels, liners and trim for interiors, enclosures and vehicle cabins, cut and mounted to your design.

Oil Absorption & Filtration Felt
Absorbent and filter-grade felt for lubrication systems, oil-mist capture and industrial clean-up.

Specialty & Finished Felt
Anti-slip dotted felt, anti-condensation membrane, felt erasers and finished felt goods built to a drawing.
Choosing between them
Start from the job, not the name.
The same wool felt can be a polishing medium, a seal or a filter depending on density, thickness and finish. If you are unsure which family fits, this is the usual mapping.

Sampling
Ask for the material before the price.
Every family above can be sampled. Tell us the application, the conditions it has to survive and roughly how much you use a year, and we will send material to test rather than a datasheet to interpret.
